We are currently accepting referrals for Dental Implants, Invisalign, Private Orthodontics, Endodontics and Facial Rejuvenation.

Upon receipt of the referral we will contact the patient and make the relevant arrangements.
Conscious sedation
Neil Sampson has been administering IV Sedation since 1987 and will carry out most treatments under sedation including periodontal treatment, Root canal treatment, fillings, crown and bridge work, extractions, oral surgery and dental implants.
As you would expect, we have a dedicated surgical suite which is fully equipped to perform very safe conscious sedation. A through medical history is taken before the procedure and at all times Neil will be accompanied by a qualified and suitably trained dental assistant. Throughout the process the patient’s vital signs will be monitored and all IV sedation patients must have a companion to bring them to the practice and return them home. Your patients will of course be treated with the utmost dignity in an extremely professional and caring manner.

IV sedation per treatment £95.00 (plus treatment received) Many of the charges will depend on the complexity of the case but generally the practice fee list could be used as a guide.
Dental Implant Referrals
Dental Implants are offered under the expert guidance of Neil Sampson. Neil has extensive intra oral dental implant experience and been placing and restoring implants since 1999. He is currently an Astra clinical coach and is a member of the Association of Dental Implantology.
The preferred implant system utilised is generally Astra, occasionally other systems are used but the final decision is made by Neil . Patients can be referred all the implant treatment or for implant surgery only.
Neil can also deliver a 3 module course to clinicians wishing to develop their knowledge of implant dentistry and is available to mentor those who wish to develop their surgical skills further.

Invisalign Referrals
Invisalign has been offered at the practice since 2007 and is provided by John Lewis and Ben Harrison. We have experience of 25 cases to date and John is also registered to provide Invisalign teen.

Private Orthodontics
Private Orthodontics has been on offer at the practice since July 2010 when Ross Hobson of Windmill Orthodontics joined the team. Ross has previously worked at the Newcastle Dental Hospital Orthodontic Department as a Senior Lecturer and Honorary Consultant. Upon referral, your patients would be cared for solely by Ross who offers the whole range of appliances from standard fixed orthodontics to the more advanced lingual orthodontics. Endodontic Referrals
Endodontic referrals are offered by Ben Harrison. Ben is currently studying towards a formal post graduate education taught by Mike Harrocks at Chester University. He uses protaper rotary files system and will happily accept both straight forward and challenging cases including retreats, trauma cases, post removals and immature teeth.

Rejuvenation Referrals
Facial Rejuvenation Non-surgical facial aesthetic treatments can complement dental procedures, facilitating dental and facial harmony. We are pleased to offer the services of Shiona Anderton who has personally been trained by Dr Bob Khanna, the President of the International Academy for Advanced Facial Aesthetics.
Working in Dentistry for over 18 years, Shiona feels listening to her aesthetic clients needs are paramount. All clients are treated with strict confidentiality. She will be glad to discuss the individual’s expectations and wishes before treatment.
